These deliveries are handled the same way as any UPS or FedEx Ground shipment, so they can be left when you are not home.
FireplacesHQ is responsible for the delivery only to the point that the Fireplaces is dropped off, so please be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if weather is an issue.
You are responsible for mounting the fireplace on or in the wall. Phone support is available if you need assistance. A video on installing the fireplace is available here.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
FireplacesHQ sends you an email with your order shipment tracking information, so you can check with the shipping carrier directly to track your shipment.
You are responsible for unpacking the fireplace, disposing of packing material and placing of the fireplace in your house.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.
When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
